WHO WE ARE
- We are a new recreational soccer league based out of Hamilton, Ontario that aims to put a spin on recreational soccer by providing a truly one of a kind unparalleled experience
- We are taking the traditional game of soccer and will be providing a whole new engaging experience for fellow soccer enthusiast
WHAT WE OFFER:
- 10 Regular season games + playoffs (max 13, min 11)
- 4K HD match highlights, Player media and full match recording's
- Complete stat tracking (player GPG, APG) (Goalie SPG, SAPG) and more stats to come, team standings etc
- Player incentives such as: Man of the match, Player of the week, Goal of the month, Golden boot and plenty more
- In season skills Competition/All-star Events
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
- Players must be 18 years of age
- We will be hosting 8 teams of 15-18 players so make sure to get your spots once registration opens (March 10th-April 14th)
- Free agents are welcome and will be assigned to teams accordingly post registration
KEY DATES AND INFO
- Registration will open MARCH 10TH
- Registration will close APRIL14TH OR if all 8 teams are filled
- Week one will be SUNDAY APRIL 21ST
- Games will be hosted at ORCHARD PARK SECONDARY SCHOOL from 2:00pm to 10:00pm every Sunday from APRIL 21st to JULY 7th with playoff schedule TBD (Everyone is welcome to come watch games to see how we work!)
- There will be no games Sunday may 19th (Victoria Day Weekend)
- Game schedule as follows:
Team 1 vs Team 2 @ 2:00pm
Team 3 vs Team 4 @ 4:00pm
Team 5 vs Team 6 @ 6:00pm
Team 7 vs Team 8 @ 8:00pm
- Players will have 20 minutes to warm up prior to their teams game
PLAYOFF FORMAT
- Every team will qualify
- 1v8 Round Robin Style (Regular Season determines seeding)
- Sudden Death Single Elimination Games
- Semi Finals and Final to be hosted at Ancaster High
- Winners will be awarded inaugural Rec League One Cup
- Rec League One Cup winners will be awarded play incentives that are to be announced at a later date
